Job Title: Credit Card Program Specialist Grade: PS-1 Annual Pay : $60,992.13/YR
Location: Washington, DC
This position is responsible for the administration of the system-wide corporate travel and expense program. This includes oversight, training, reconciliation and reporting of activities associated with the existing travel platform, including Concur. This position heavily involves collaborating, communicating, and driving system compliance of Accounts Payable policies, procedures and initiatives related to Corporate Travel and Expense reimbursement and reporting. This role functions at a high level of Accounts Payable and system administration knowledge, coupled with the ability to provide guidance to others while offering superior customer service on a daily basis.

Direction and Decision Making:
This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting; and three (3) years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting or accounting.
H.S. diploma or GED; and five (5) years of work experience in Accounts Payable functions.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required; expert preferred)
Work is generally performed in an office setting.
